The successful candidate will be responsible from all logistics operations of the Supply Chain Department (SCX) in Epiroc Turkey. This position reports to Logistic Team Leader.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Preparing the necessary documents in import and export operations together with customs company employees,
Getting a freight offer from the carrier, deciding and organizing the appropriate transportation (land, sea and air) vehicle,
To follow the shipment process with suppliers, distribution center and shipping companies,
To follow the performance of customs firms and shipping companies and to take action for problems,
To inform the sales departments about the import and export legislation changes,
Examining the costs related to the customs process, taking action for unnecessary costs.
Making sure that Procedure for Export Control & Trade Sanctions and Procedure covering Import Control & Customs Management are in line with global trade compliance.

Requirements for The Job:

Min. Bachelor's degree,
Min. 4 years of experience in similar works,
Having knowledge of sales, sales operations, order and invoicing processes,
Good command of English,
MS Office applications (mid-level),
Willing to work flexible hours,
For male employees, having completed military service.
