Are you the "Technical Field Specialist" that Epiroc Turkiye, Surface Division (SRD) is looking for...?

The successful candidate will be responsible from all technical support activities of the Surface Division (SRD) and the suitable candidate must reside Istanbul, Izmir or Ankara.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage to sell exploration machines and their spare parts,
2. Identify customers and distributors' needs and propose added-value solutions and advise clients to optimize the performance of these tools by selecting and using the most suitable for each type ofterrain and situation,
3. Promote and advise customers in the selection of different diamond core drilling tools and reverse circulation tools, and perform site tests with customers to demonstrate the quality and value of the products offered,
4. Manage on-site installation, repair and maintenance,
5. Diagnose errors or technical problems and propose proper solutions,
6. Assist warranty claims and resolutions, 
7. Ensure customer satisfaction and after sales follow-ups, 
8. Support the sales team about conducting.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in the field of mining, geology and civil engineering,
2. Min. 3 years of experience in core drilling and/or technical support in mining/exploration
3. Strong knowledge in areas related to mining, exploration or other drilling applications,
4. Drilling Experience/ knowledge in Reverse Circulation and Diamond Drilling,  
5. Ability to write technical and other reports
6. Good command of English
7. Proficient in MS Office applications,
8. Willing to work flexible hours,
9. No traveling restrictions (domestic and international),
10. Must possess a valid Class B driver's license,
11. For male employees, having completed military service.
