Job Description :

  • Develop an effective after sales segment strategy for all business lines and periodically review its implementation and effectiveness.
  • Ensure the development of market insight towards the aftersales segment, promote and sell activity of the aftersales services and products.
  • Develop and analyze various parameters marketing tools; market analysis, competitor mapping, customer behavior, and make the best usage of it to support the after sales strategy.
  • Ensure the aftermarket sales target achievement; reflected in OR/OI target achievement.
  • Ensure that the sales managers and the sales team under the after sales segment are well equipped with excellent knowledge of the service, parts, and the application of those towards the sold product.
  • Ensure that the aftermarket sales team possess the required necessary skill and right competency level to deliver professional and accurate sales presentation for potential customers and existing customers.
  • Execute sales negotiation practice according to local policy with best effort to maintain profitability of the aftersales segment.
  • Strategically plan and ensure the execution of the aftermarket sales team visitation schedule to both existing and potential customers to promote products and services and/or evaluate needs.
  • Ensure that the customers' questions, complaints, and other enquiries related to the aftersales segment are being handled timely, accurately, and according to the company procedure.
  • Control the database of customers and potential customers coming from the aftermarket sales team.
  • Monitor the execution and delivery of each aftermarket sales project.
  • Build and maintain relationship with existing and potential customers and ensure that the team has a good relationship with their respective customers.
  • Lead the aftermarket sales team members to be a high-performing team members.
  • Closely collaborate with Operations Manager and the Business Line Managers in planning, executing, and evaluating each sales project.
  • Collaborate with other functions for any specific matters requiring discussion to achieve best solution.
  • Having a Safety First mindset and accelerate the transformation.

Requirements:

Educational Background :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management or equal with experience 

Experience :
Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in mining aftersales service and product
Experience handling customers type and behavior in Indonesia
Experience in handling diverse team members
