Job Description:
- Responsible to administer the compensation & benefit database as a source for payroll according to employee's offering letter, internal memo, and otherdocuments related to the changes affecting employee's compensation & benefit eligibility; making sure the documents already completed approval process.
- Ensure the correctness and timely payroll process of Indonesia and Singapore employees consisting routine compensation & benefit components and adhoc components and safeguarding the reports accuracy.
- Responsible for administering the registration and membership update of BPJS (Ketenagakerjaan & kesehatan), health insurance, pension fund, and any other benefit components when applicable, for employees and dependants, according to the local policy.
- Main person in charge on the payroll deduction and earning components and in coordination with payroll service providers; including the income tax calculation and yearly income tax report for employee's side (1721 A1), in collaboration with Tax department and appointed tax consultant.
- As the main person in charge for the various process of health benefit annual medical check up process
- Provide clear and correct explanation of process, policy, and informations related to compensation and benefit towards employees' question and queries, including providing an annual memo ensuring all components are correct according to employee's eligibility.
- Provide accurate calculation of final payment whenever applicable, of cases related to employee turnover: whether it's voluntary resignation, termination/dismissal, end contract, and retirement, according to the local labor law.
- Support the job analysis and job evaluation process in relation to the standardization of grades and benefits.
- Research and update C&B market practice of similar industry, and to proactively review and compare applied C&B practice; including during offering stage, annual review, and any other projects requiring C&B cost & benefit impact.
- Responsible as the main data source for annual actuarial report, remuneration survey, annual salary review process and to take charge on other projects as assigned by the RHRM as deemed fit and proper according to expertise and knowledge related to the position.
Requirements:
Educational background :
Minimum Bachelor degree with min GPA of 3.00
Experience :
- Min. 7 years in the same field
- Experience in a multinational company for its overall compensation & benefit process and review with 400-500 employees.
- Preferably possess professional or competency certification related to Compensation & Benefit or Total Rewards.
Technical Knowledge & Skill :
- Well-versed Compensation & Benefit concept, sound practice of C&B practice and calculation and its underlying local regulations of Indonesia and Singapore.
- Familiar with Mercer job framework and IPE system.
- Has experience in a digital transformation project.
