Main Accountabilities:

  1. The primary point of contacting customers from the company
  2. Maintain very good relationships with existing and potential customers
  3. Ensuring customers satisfaction in all aspects
  4. Make sure correct proposal meet to customer expectations
  5. Identifying growth opportunities for existing and potential customers
  6. Cover all customer positions: mining owner, mining contractors, drilling and blasting contractors, drilling exploration, mining consultant
  7. Cover all customer mining method on surface and undergrounds, also technology
  8. Get business in customer that no population of our machines
  9. Winning the market share in customer population
  10. Driving revenue from these high-value customers
  11. Cover and monitoring emerging market
  12. Active in any association that is related to construction and mining industry
  13. Keep update in the sales force for any sales activity since from lead until win-lose status

Requirements:

Educational Background :

  • Bachelor's degree majoring in technical is preferred

Experience :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales in the drilling or heavy equipment industry in the quarry and mining sector

Technical Knowledge & Skill :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities
  • Sales and business development acumen
  • Customer Relationship Management expertise
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Technical features and benefit advantages, application of the products
