Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll and HR administration processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency aligned with labor laws and company policies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for external providers, including payroll, Time & Attendance (T&A) partners, relocation services, tax, and pension providers, to guarantee seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee master data management and compliance with all legal reporting requirements to maintain data integrity and regulatory adherence.
  • Administer regional and local HR and payroll systems such as SuccessFactors and others, including system setup, integration, and execution of major updates or changes in collaboration with vendors.
  • Lead projects focused on digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement of HR processes leveraging AI, data analytics, and agile methodologies.
  • Develop, deliver, and oversee training materials and sessions related to payroll and HR administration for employees and management.
  • Provide expert-level support as a second or third line resource for payroll and HR inquiries, including acting as backup to Payroll & HR Analysts and Administrators.
  • Champion data-driven, evidence-based HR practices and promote a future-oriented work culture that embraces innovation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate extensively across local, regional, and global HR teams, embodying the OneHR philosophy to foster unified, effective HR operations.
  • Contribute actively to the continual enhancement of the HR Excellence model within the region by engaging in process evaluations and improvements.

Required Competences, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of five years’ proven experience working in payroll or HR administration roles, demonstrating a strong track record.
  • Solid understanding of payroll processes, compensation & benefits, accounting principles, and labor laws relevant to the region.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based HR systems such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or similar platforms for payroll, T&A, and HR administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with agile project management methods.
  • Experience in the digitalization and automation of HR tools and workflows, with a mindset geared towards innovative technology usage including AI applications.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in at least one other key regional language is highly desirable, with additional languages considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to leverage data and insights for continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
