Job Description:
- Grow and achieving sales target of Fluidcon, drill spare part, maintenance services and rock drill tools in according of territory Product Support Sales Representative.
- Grow and achieve target number of active customers in according of territory Product Support Sales Representative.
- Achieve hunting KPI set and agreed with Management Meet or exceed parts, service labour and drilling consumables sales goals within the territory.
- Responsible with customer satisfaction by having close coordination and collaboration cross department in Epiroc.
- Responsible to settle business from Prospecting (lead), Approach, Negotiation, Close deal, Install and delivery monitoring & right invoicing until payment OR/OI).
- Work together with sales equipment salesman and product marketing team to deliver solid value proposition to customers in his/her territory.
- Become brand ambassador and focal point Epiroc in represented area.
- Ensure Take 5 conducted before working.
- Ensure SHEQ procedure has been implemented.
- Immediately report to direct superior any "Near Miss, Incident and Accident".
- Responsible for handling customer complaints.
- Lead overall sales process from prospect to payment which must be recorded in the sales CRM platform provided by the Company.
- Shift Customer focus from price to value added.
- Develop personal skills to meet ongoing challenges.
Requirements:
Educational background:
- Minimum diploma degree or equivalent with work experience.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment sales for mining is preferred
Technical Knowledge & Skill:
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the public.
- Computer skills must include ability to communicate through Lotus Notes, read and prepare spreadsheets, prepare Power Point presentations, work with Microsoft word documents, and others.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in both Bahasa Indonesian and Bahasa English both oral and written communication.
This position will be based in Jakarta and will be responsible for the Sumatra area.
