Are you ready?

Main Accountabilities : 

  1. Accountable for the Tools & Attachment business development in SSEA region whereas customer focus, agility, efficiency are the leading words.
  2. Responsible for the profit / CGP level of the Tools & Attachment business of entities in the SSEA region.
  3. Proactively develop the Tools & Attachment business by ensuring and implementing an effective marketing and product strategy for SSEA region, aiming for the targeted profitability level.
  4. Partnering with the SSEA region's Territory Manager, other BLM, Operations Manager in the region to ensure excellent territory management, efficient & customer-oriented processes; giving all products, solutions, and divisions the best market chance whereas automation, digitalization, and zero emission equipment is set as Epiroc's offering.
  5. Develop and implement product and solutions communication for the region to secure brand positioning as the technology leader and preferred business partner.
  6. Control the SSEA region's Tools & Attachment business performance figures and as the person accountable for the development of the figures, including but not limited to OR, OI, CGP, FC, HC, NWC, Orders Lost, Business Cooking, and other forecasting/projection.
  7. Ensure proactive communication to the SSEA CC teams on technical issues, deliveries, and customer complaints.
  8. Active involvement and responsibility for SSEA region's yearly planning process.
  9. Proactively develop and maintain relationship with the customers and key customers in collaboration with SSEA Territory Managers and other BLMs.
  10. Responsible as the leader of the department; ensuring the right person is in the right place and build high performing team.
  11. Responsible for the P&D talk of the team, salary setting, set KPI and VC targets when applicable by following the grandparent principle.
  12. Ensure an efficient working capital management (rental, inventory and receivables) within SSEA region.
  13. Develop market intelligence and competitors mapping for SSEA region.
  14. Spear heading the strategy setting to grow indirect sales partners for SSEA region.
  15. Support in increasing the SSEA region's market share with mining customers, mining contractors, and in infrastructure/construction segment.
  16. As the main person to lead the Business Review Meeting with the Division.
  17. Having a Safety-First mindset and accelerate the transformation.

Requirements: 

Educational Background :
-    Bachelor's degree in mining engineering, Sales, Engineering

Experience :
-    Minimum of 10 (ten) years of experience in strategic product/marketing, preferably in heavy equipment industry.
-    Experience in developing the business of the kind of products and/or segments of Tools.
-    Experience handling the Southeast Asia region's customers type and behavior.
-    Strong business acumen having experience in territory management and key account management.
-    Experience in mining and/or construction applications. 
-    Experience working in complex, interdisciplinary, cross-functional, and global teams
-    Well versed in developing effective people management & drive change management.
-    Experience in goal setting / KPI / SMART Objectives for the team
-    Well versed in business planning strategy, cost-benefit analysis, profitability analysis.

Technical Knowledge & Skill:
-    Strong analytical & problem-solving skill.
-    Familiar with commercial documents, process, and best practices in the industry related to business.
-    Business ratios and fundamental business parameters.
-    Excellent English language skills, reading, writing, verbal
-    Excellent communication
