Branch Manager

RCT is a global Smart Technology company with a long history in the mining and industrial sectors. We are a leading provider of Automation and Control solutions for all mobile equipment in the mining industry and have an extensive range of solutions spanning five sub-brands, all of which deliver our clients increased productivity, profitability and safety.  

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Kalgoorlie branch.  This role is critical in managing the day-to-day operations, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our clients in the Goldfields region.

Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Complete day-to-day management and oversight of RCT Kalgoorlie branch
• Drive profitability and growth in the Goldfields region while maintaining budgeted cost parameters
• Engage with customers to build relationships and facilitate sales of RCT’s products and services.
• Lead by example, creating a culture which motivates and empowers individuals to contribute to RCT’s achievements and goals.
• Support customer-facing operations; including sales, marketing, service and parts departments.
• Assist AM with quoting and technical sales
• Managing project timelines and designing schedules for large projects
• Managing branch triage, so most important project to the branch's long-term benefit is prioritized.

To be considered for this position you will require:

• Engineering or trade background in Electrical or Mechanical fields (Desirable)
• Proven leadership experience in a similar role
• Strong commercial and operational acumen.

• Highly articulate in written and communication skills

• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
• Strong time management and project coordination skills
• Sound understanding of occupational health and safety requirements
