About the Opportunity

RCT Powered by Epiroc is seeking a motivated and reliable Stores / Parts Assistant to join our team in Kalgoorlie on a maternity leave cover contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their skills in warehousing, inventory management and parts sales. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you’ll receive hands-on training across all aspects of the role, working alongside an experienced team in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack and process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
Receive, sort and organise incoming stock.
Assist with stock control and general warehouse duties.
Support the parts sales team with customer enquiries and sales processing.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Follow work instructions and established procedures.

About You

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in stores and parts operations.

To be successful, you will have:

A motivated, enthusiastic and proactive approach to work.
Strong reliability, punctuality and a commitment to following instructions.
The ability to work effectively within a small team.
Basic computer skills and confidence using computer systems.
A current and valid WA driver’s licence.
The ability to perform manual handling duties, including lifting up to 20 kg.
A current forklift licence (highly regarded, but not essential).

Previous warehouse or parts experience is advantageous, but a willingness to learn and a great attitude are what matter most.
