Our team is seeking a motivated and hands-on Trade Assistant to join our Kalgoorlie workshop. This is a great opportunity to build your career within a high-performing team, with structured training and clear pathways for progression.
What you’ll be doing

Support workshop operations with refurbishment of heavy equipment components

Process goods inwards and outwards

Lais with various vendors
-
Spray paint and wrap components for preservation
-
Operate forklifts and workshop equipment safely and efficiently

Complete daily reports and documentation
-
Support continuous improvement and high safety standards across the workshop

Assist technicians and supervisors with day-to-day operational requirements
What we’re looking for
-
Previous experience in a workshop, trades assistant or similar hands-on role

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Current manual driver’s licence

Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)

Comfortable with manual handling (up to 40kg)

Basic computer skills (tablet, email, reporting)

Ability to pass pre-employment checks (medical, D&A, police clearance)
