Your mission
As a Supply Planner, you will connect manufacturing, sourcing and sales to secure smooth and efficient product flow. Leveraging insights from the S&OP process, you will convert business intelligence and demand forecasts into actionable supply plans that support our strategic goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supply planning for HAT product lines, ensuring product availability while optimizing inventory levels.
  • Translate demand signals into effective replenishment plans across our global network.
  • Balance customer delivery expectations with production capacities and logistical constraints.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, warehousing and sales to align supply with demand.
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as forecast accuracy, availability and delivery performance, driving continuous improvement.

 

Your profile 
To thrive in this role, you combine strong analytical capabilities with a collaborative approach and a problem-solving mindset. You are comfortable navigating both strategic and operational levels, and you bring an integrated perspective to supply chain challenges. You identify areas for improvement and drive solutions that enhance efficiency and collaboration.

 

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Experience in production planning, supply chain operations, or related functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and cultures.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as M3, SAP, or similar. Knowledge of advanced planning tools is a plus.
  • A structured and proactive way of working with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, driving solutions that enhance efficiency and collaboration.

 

Location and other
This position is based in Sweden, with the possibility to work from any Epiroc location within or close to the CET/CEST time zone. While we offer a hybrid work model to support work-life balance, the role is connected to our Kalmar site, and occasional presence in Kalmar will be required to foster collaboration and belonging within the team.
