Your mission as a Customer Care Representative

Join Epiroc as a Customer Care Representative and become the trusted link between our customers and our operations. In this dynamic role, you’ll process orders, provide accurate quotations, and actively promote parts sales while ensuring service excellence through professional communication and timely resolution of queries. By collaborating with sales teams, supporting distributors, and monitoring key performance indicators such as Goods in Transit (GIT), you’ll help optimize stock, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to Epiroc’s commitment to reliability, quality, and sustainable productivity.
What you’ll do
- Process customer orders, prepare quotations promptly, and follow up to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
- Actively promote and market parts sales, working closely with sales personnel and distributors to create new opportunities and optimize results.
- Communicate regularly with customers to address queries, complaints, and outstanding orders in a professional manner.
- Investigate customer credits, recommend solutions to prevent non-conformances, and support QA processes.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as GIT and consignment performance, identifying root causes of deviations and ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Maintain and support customer databases (e.g., CTP), ensuring accurate records and reporting.
- Collaborate across departments to support smooth operations, while managing costs and company assets responsibly.
What you’ll bring
- Grade 12 with a relevant diploma or a relevant qualification
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service / Internal Sales
- Computer literacy. Good knowledge of M3, Word & Excel will be an advantage.

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Good telephone manners and skills.
- Must be able to handle conflict and address customer complaints with speed and professionalism
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Must have good work ethic and demonstrate behaviours of respect, helpfulness and genuine passion towards building strong customer relationships
