The Role:

Have a clear vision on the current position of the сross-divisional business, the goals to achieve and the strategy to follow, including short and long-term action plans for the project. 

Overall responsibility for the company business concerning customers share, organizational development as well as financial results. 

Meet and exceed customer expectations regarding our contract obligations with special attention to KPI. 

Ensure compliance with HSE/SHEQ standards and company policies

Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:  

  • Achieve increased customer satisfaction through satisfactory mix of service quality, people with right attitude, sense of urgency, fair cost, understanding of customer needs etc. 

  • Strengthen the good relationship with the client and effectively manage the multi-stakeholder relations on mine site and within the Epiroc group. 

  • Manage operation’s structure, capacities and define roles and responsibilities. 

  • Provide leadership and guidance to Service manager and Supervisors. 

  • Ensure implementation of contractual obligations of service and service quality. 

  • Proactively ensure the Work Management process is followed and KPIs exceeded. 

  • Develop overall technical competence of team and implement succession plan for leaders. 

  • Establish a structure giving written missions to all key positions, including yearly appraisals and follow up. 

  • Demonstrate safety and leadership by implementing and establishing a safety culture within our organization on site including visitors. 

  • Strictly adhere and use client’s and Epiroc Quality Management System. 

  • Be responsible for overall results of all contracts such as turnover, cost, profits, working capital and inventory management. 

Qualifications: 

  • A proactive and a visionary leader 

  • Have strategic view on running business 

  • Strong convincing and negotiation skill 

  • Able to work and fast-paced environment with high work pressure 

  • Considerable experience on managing large operations and a team 

  • Considerable experience with mining equipments 

  • Must be able to demonstrate solid time management and organizational skills to get the tasks completed within the periods committed. 

  • Ability to mentor the crew for safe and efficient operations. 

  • Higher technical education (mining, mechanical, electrical) or other related fields or equivalent work experience

  • Proven experience in underground mining environment (preferred)

  • Strong understanding of safety regulations in mining environment

  • Experience in implementing and maintaining HSE/SHEQ standards

  • Commitment to zero-harm and safe operations
