Epiroc is seeking a seasoned leader to drive and grow its Parts & Services business across key mining operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This Business Line Manager – Parts & Services (DRC – Non‑Kamoa Operations) role holds full responsibility for the performance of aftermarket operations across multiple customer sites, covering both surface and underground equipment.

 

As Business Line Manager, you will lead service delivery, parts sales, and business development while ensuring strong customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and sustainable profitability. Working closely with customers, internal teams, and regional stakeholders, you will strengthen Epiroc’s market position and expand long‑term aftermarket partnerships.

 

This is a senior leadership role with full P&L accountability, suited to a commercially driven professional who can balance operational execution, customer engagement, and people leadership in one of Africa’s most strategic mining markets.

 

Your Mission

 

  • Own full P&L performance, driving profitable growth through parts, services, cost control, and operational efficiency across multiple sites.
  • Lead customer relationships and governance, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and resolution of complex commercial and operational issues.
  • Grow the aftermarket business, expanding parts sales, service contracts, rebuilds, and lifecycle solutions in collaboration with Capital Equipment teams.
  • Drive operational and service excellence, delivering reliable, high‑quality support for surface and underground equipment across all operations.
  • Build and lead high‑performing teams, focusing on talent development, capability building, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and standards, ensuring adherence to Epiroc values while maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

 

Your Profile:

 

  • 12–15+ years’ experience in mining, construction, or heavy equipment, with a strong focus on aftermarket and service operations.
  • Proven leadership track record, managing teams, performance delivery, and service operations across multiple customer sites.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with demonstrated success in business development, customer growth, and contract negotiation.
  • Deep technical understanding of surface and underground mining equipment and applications, supported by an Engineering degree.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to operate effectively in complex, high‑pressure environments; English fluent, French advantageous.
  • Results‑driven, hands‑on leader, combining strategic thinking with ownership, integrity, problem‑solving ability, and continuous improvement mindset.
