Provides high‑quality support by managing all general enquiries related to parts quotations and parts creation, while fostering clear, professional communication with both internal and external customers. Delivers efficient, customer‑focused service by responding to enquiries in line with established procedures and accurately processing quotations with a strong commitment to zero errors.

 

Your Mission

 

  • Handle spare parts quotations and enquiries using BPCS, in line with Epiroc procedures and standards.
  • Receive, record, coordinate, and respond to customer enquiries within agreed timelines, providing effective feedback.
  • Ensure accurate pricing, correct application of pricing agreements, GP validation, and authorized discounts in quotations.
  • Prepare and present standard‑compliant quotations (BPCS or manual formats), including correct lead times from RDC/GDC sources.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, management, and external customers, while adhering to credit control policies.
  • Monitor quotation hit rates, report delays or system bottlenecks, and perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Diploma in Management / Communication Studies and Technical Studies or equivalent approved qualification.
  • Minimum Two Years' experience in a similar position in or outside the company..
