In this critical role within our Parts & Services Division EMEA, you will ensure the compliant and efficient management of import and export licenses, supporting seamless cross-border trade operations and supply chain performance. Your Mission

As an Import and Export Specialist, you will manage the full lifecycle of import and export licenses, ensuring compliance with central bank regulations, maintaining transaction visibility, and supporting smooth international trade operations. Your expertise will help safeguard business continuity, regulatory adherence, and supply chain efficiency.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of import and export licenses from issuance to closure.
  • Ensure compliance with customs, trade, and central bank regulations for all import/export transactions.
  • Prepare, verify, and submit required documentation, including declarations, certificates, invoices, and insurance documents.
  • Monitor license deadlines, compliance status, and resolve discrepancies proactively.
  • Maintain accurate tracking systems and structured records for all licenses and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, banks, and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient trade operations and continuous process improvement.

 

Your Profile

  • Degree or Diploma in Economics, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and trade compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to regulatory compliance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with internal and external stakeholders.
