Are you passionate about supply chain planning and inventory optimization? Epiroc is looking for an Inbound Replenishment Planner to join our team at the Kolwezi Customer Center. In this pivotal role, you will help ensure the timely and cost-effective flow of materials, supporting operational excellence and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Working within our Parts & Services Division EMEA, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory availability, strengthening supplier performance, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

 

Your Mission

The Inbound Replenishment Planner is responsible for ensuring the effective replenishment of components and materials to meet customer demand while balancing inventory levels and costs. By utilizing planning systems, managing supplier relationships, and resolving supply chain exceptions, you will contribute directly to service excellence and operational efficiency.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Review and process replenishment proposals to maintain inventory availability.
  • Analyze ERP-driven recommendations and take appropriate planning actions.
  • Identify, resolve, and escalate supply chain exceptions and material shortages.
  • Expedite purchase orders and monitor supplier confirmations to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and suppliers to ensure accurate delivery commitments.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization and cost reduction.

 

Your Profile

  • Experience in supply chain planning, purchasing, inventory management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience working with ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Customer-focused team player with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
