Inbound and Outbound Coordinator

This role will be responsible for the daily management of Stores operations, including receiving, stacking, picking, dispatch, and location maintenance. Committed to contributing to an efficient, well‑organized warehouse environment that consistently delivers a high level of service to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
Your Mission
- Manage the receipt, picking, dispatch, and proof of delivery (POD) of items, ensuring documentation is correctly filed in shared systems.
- Maintain accurate warehouse locations by ensuring physical binning and system locations are correctly updated and aligned.
- Ensure correct labelling, stacking, and identification of parts for efficient storage, retrieval, and handling.
- Allocate received items to the correct warehouse areas (PSD, TLD, and general spares) and ensure appropriate bin and location labels are applied.
- Verify incoming deliveries by identifying and reporting short or incorrect items before binning and support receipting downloads and sorting for stacking.
- Carry out additional warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Your Profile:
- School leavers Certificate or General Secondary School Certificate
- Certificate in Stores or Diploma in Logistics, Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) or equivalent Technical Certification.
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of BPCS/ Computer skills.
