Junior Credit Controller

Join Epiroc DRC Sarl's dynamic Finance and Administration team within the Parts & Services Division EMEA as a Junior Credit Controller. This pivotal role, located in Kolwezi, COD, centres on safeguarding the company's cash flow by ensuring the timely collection of receivables, effectively managing customer credit risk, and maintaining strong, positive customer relationships. This position plays a crucial part in supporting sustainable business growth while offering an excellent opportunity to build and develop a career in finance.
Your Mission
- Assess customer creditworthiness, set up accounts, and define appropriate credit limits in line with policies.
- Reconcile receivables with the General Ledger, manage cash book entries, and prepare monthly credit and sales reports.
- Calculate doubtful debt provisions and monitor cash sales, advance receipts, and overall credit risk exposure.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and POD delivery, verify receipts, coordinate payments, and proactively follow up on outstanding debts.
- Work with sales, marketing, auditors, and RCoE to support operations, compliance, and business growth.
- Resolve disputes, maintain strong customer relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold safety and workplace standards.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Accounting or a related financial field.
- Minimum of 3 years in credit control or finance.
- Strong ability to prepare, analyse, and interpret financial reports.
- Fluent in English and French with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and able to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented, relationship-focused, and willing to travel for business needs.
