Order Fulfillment Coordinator
Kolwezi, Lualaba, CD
To ensure effective order fulfilment process from time of order entry to final delivery to the customer and ensure correct booking of customer orders with zero errors.
Responsible for booking customer orders correctly and providing promised dates to customers; Responsible for invoicing and back-order management of all assigned customer orders.
Your Mission
- Ensure accurate booking and invoicing of customer orders in BPCS, including price, quantity, description, lead time, and credit control compliance.
- Manage end‑to‑end order processing, providing confirmed delivery dates and ensuring on‑time delivery to customers.
- Monitor and improve order cycle times, including approval queues, picking, dispatch, and invoicing stages.
- Track warehouse picking activities, pending pick slips, and maintain close coordination to ensure timely invoicing and dispatch.
- Manage customer backorders, delivery updates, ACIGN ticket handling, and support SIFOT/DIFOT performance targets.
- Ensure quality of delivery by minimizing errors, damages, and customer claims, while performing additional assigned duties as required.
Your Profile:
- Diploma in Management / Communication Studies and Technical Studies or equivalent approved qualification.
- Minimum Two Years' experience in a similar position in or outside the company.
