Are you passionate about supply chain excellence and delivering outstanding customer service? Epiroc is looking for an Order Fulfillment Planner to join our Parts & Services Division EMEA in Kolwezi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of customer orders from order entry through to final delivery, driving accuracy, efficiency, and on-time performance while supporting our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Your Mission

As an Order Fulfillment Planner, you will ensure an efficient and error-free order fulfillment process, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the achievement of key supply chain performance targets.

Main Responsibilities

Accurately capture and process customer orders in the BPCS system.
Coordinate order fulfillment activities and provide reliable delivery commitments.
Ensure on-time and in-full delivery performance for internal and external customers.
Manage and resolve order-related issues, including ACIGN tickets and customer claims.
Monitor key supply chain performance indicators such as SIFOT and DIFOT.
Drive process efficiency by managing order cycle times and minimizing fulfillment delays.

Your Profile

Diploma in Management, Communication Studies, Technical Studies, or a related qualification.
Minimum 2 years' experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Sound knowledge of customer service, procurement, and supply chain processes.
Experience with ERP/order management systems such as BPCS; TMS knowledge is advantageous.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and continuous improvement capabilities.
