The Parts Sales Manager is accountable for the growth, profitability, and overall performance of Epiroc's Parts & Components business at Kamoa. The role leads commercial activities related to parts and component sales, inventory planning, demand forecasting, customer engagement, and business performance management to deliver sustainable growth, high customer satisfaction, and strong financial results. In this role, you will deliver sustainable growth in parts and component sales while achieving profitability and P&L targets. You will also ensure optimal inventory availability through effective forecasting, inventory planning, and back-order management. Then you will build strong customer partnerships and develop a high-performing team that consistently exceeds business objectives.

 

 

Your Mission

  • Own Parts & Components business performance, driving sales growth, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to grow parts, components, consumables, remanufacturing, exchange programs, service agreements, and aftermarket sales.
  • Optimize inventory, forecasting, and supply planning to ensure parts availability, reduce backorders, and balance working capital requirements.
  • Lead quotations, tenders, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Manage customer relationships, serving as the primary escalation point and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Own the Parts P&L, budgets, and performance targets while leading and developing a high-performing team and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in mining, heavy equipment, aftermarket parts, or component business.
  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership role with proven people management experience.
  • Strong understanding of mining equipment maintenance, fleet management, inventory planning, and aftermarket operations.
  • Demonstrated success managing large customer accounts and commercial agreements.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility.
  • Experience working directly with major mining customers is essential.
  • Must be fluent in English – Fluent (Mandatory) and French – Fluent (Preferred).
