Product Specialist Drill Master
Kolwezi, Lualaba, CD
Reporting to the Technical Manager, this role is to deliver drilling training courses, assess performance, monitor requirements for the job, update training and competency as require, while managing any substandard performance.
Your Mission
- Deliver drilling training courses across the organization by designing, developing, and delivering courses and programmes in accordance with Epiroc training policies and procedures.
- To train and transfer operator skills to the customer drill rig operators.
- To ensure trained operators follow the OEM standards when operating the drills.
- Conduct our business honestly with integrity and commitment to our employees, clients, community and the environment by setting the standard for industry best practice.
Your Profile:
- Must have underground drill rig operational experience - e.g Simba E7, Bommer M2C & M20, and Boomer 282.
- Must have worked on RCS drills
- Able to monitor and assesses performance, monitor requirements for the job, update training and competency as require, manage any substandard performance.
