Service Agreement Manager

Join Epiroc, a global leader in mining equipment and services, as a Service Agreement Manager within the Parts & Services Division EMEA, based in Kolwezi, DRC. This pivotal role is situated in our Customer Center within the Field Technician department and focuses on managing and optimizing long-term service agreements with mining customers. As the Service Agreement Manager, you will lead and oversee the full lifecycle of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Service Equipment Agreements (SEA) with a strong focus on ensuring financial, operational, safety, and customer satisfaction targets are met or exceeded. You will be instrumental in contract governance, performance monitoring, cost control, and driving continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring strict adherence to Epiroc standards and site-specific requirements.

Your Mission

• Build business cases, develop proposals, negotiate terms, and maintain accurate contract documentation and databases.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, manage variations and claims, act as key client interface, and monitor profitability (revenue, cost, margin).
• Oversee execution of maintenance strategies and track KPIs (availability, utilization, reliability, safety, and cost efficiency).
• Control budgets and forecasts, drive cost optimization, support pricing and renewals, and deliver structured performance and risk reports.
• Maintain strong client relationships, lead performance reviews, and ensure clear, proactive communication and high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate teams, ensure SHEQ compliance, drive continuous improvement and digital initiatives, and support 24/7 operational requirements.

Your Profile:

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Mining, Industrial or equivalent).
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in mining service operations.
• Proven experience managing Service Agreements / Maintenance Contracts.
• Experience in drilling equipment (Epiroc, Sandvik, CAT) is highly preferred.
• Experience in financial management of contracts (budgeting, cost control, margin analysis).
• Experience working in remote mining environments (DRC/Africa preferred).
