Your mission as a Service Supervisor

As a Service Agreement Supervisor at Epiroc, you’ll lead the execution of mining service agreements, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You’ll coordinate teams, manage resources, and resolve challenges while driving efficiency, continuous improvement, and long-term value for our clients.

What you’ll do

  • Service agreement management, ensuring that established terms and conditions are met
  • Coordinate with customers and suppliers, ensuring that established deadlines and objectives are met
  • Planning and scheduling mining services, ensuring that deadlines and objectives are met
  • Supervise mining operations, ensuring that quality and safety standards are met
  • Problem resolution: resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the execution of the service agreement, working closely with customers and suppliers
  • Continuous improvement: the supervisor must seek opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of service agreements, implementing changes and improvements as needed
  • Report all defects, deviations, and/or significant opportunities to the Operations Manager
  • Ensure that all relevant documentation (work order, operator/mechanic/productivity checklists) is complete as required
  • Organize work shifts as needed
  • Continuously develop through training courses in the Skills Portal.

 

What you’ll bring

  • Technician / Craft certificate in H.E.R / or any related field.
  • Have experience in a similar position, minimum 2 years
  • Minimum 5 years of experience on surface drilling mining equipment such as drill rigs, etc.
