In this critical role within the Parts & Services Division EMEA, you will help ensure the seamless movement of parts and materials by monitoring purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners, and driving on-time deliveries. Your Mission
As a Supply Chain Expeditor, you will ensure the effective tracking and management of purchase orders from placement through delivery. By proactively monitoring shipments, resolving delays, and collaborating with suppliers and logistics partners, you will help optimize supply chain performance, improve delivery reliability, and support customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor and track purchase orders and shipments from dispatch to final delivery.
- Maintain accurate tracking reports and ensure order information is updated in relevant systems.
- Review supplier backlogs and follow up on outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight providers, and internal stakeholders to optimize lead times.
- Investigate delivery delays, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide regular updates to customers and internal teams while maintaining accurate records.
Your Profile
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or customer service environments.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably M3 or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
