Your mission as Supply Chain Operations Centre Manager is to support the DRC with Supply chain tasks and ensure that we meet the Supply Chain requirements from the Divisions & CC's. It will also involved managing the Supply Chain Operations Centre based in Kolwezi, supported by Regional Supply Chain Operations Manager and team members. In addition to these, you will be responsible for staffing, following-up, report and improve Supply Chain performance related to the CDO SCOC operational performance. Be a positive leader committed to transforming Supply Chain into a competitive advantage for Epiroc and our valued customers.

 

Your Mission

 

  • Lead and manage the SCOC structure and team in the DRC in line with Supply Chain logistics principles, policies, and processes.
  • Ensure effective Order Fulfilment, Import & Export, and Transportation operations for the DRC.
  • Support the Regional Supply Chain Operations Manager to ensure SCOC alignment with Division and CC requirements.
  • Drive supply chain performance through the four key KPIs: Availability, Transportation Cost, Obsolescence, and Inventory COGS %.
  • Ensure compliance of all DRC import/export operations by partnering with the Regional Trade Compliance Manager and escalating risks as needed.
  • Collaborate with EMEA supply chain peers and CC stakeholders, establishing clear communication forums and contributing to Supply Chain strategy execution.

 

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain experience, including at least 2 years in a management role; academic degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain, logistics, distribution, and domestic/international order fulfilment processes, including compliance.
  • Solid working knowledge of ERP systems and advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Proven people‑management capability, including coaching, feedback, and team leadership across functions.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional local language(s) an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross‑functional results by identifying supply chain weaknesses, implementing solutions, and monitoring outcomes.
