Supply Chain Operations Centre Manager DRC

Are you an experienced Supply Chain leader ready to turn operational excellence into a competitive advantage? Epiroc is looking for a Supply Chain Operations Centre (SCOC) Manager to lead and develop our centralized supply chain operations, ensuring we consistently meet the needs of our Divisions and Customer Centres. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive performance across Order Fulfilment, Import & Export and Transport, strengthen collaboration across functions, and champion continuous improvement while ensuring efficient, compliant and customer-focused supply chain operations.

Your Mission

• 
  Lead, develop and manage the centralized Supply Chain Operations Centre (SCOC) and its team, ensuring an effective structure that supports business requirements.
• Drive supply chain performance and continuous improvement across the four key KPIs: Availability, Transportation Cost, Obsolescence and Inventory COGS %.
• Oversee and continuously improve Order Fulfilment, Import & Export, and Transport activities to deliver efficient and reliable supply chain operations.
• Support compliance with applicable import/export and trade regulations, escalating risks and concerns to the Regional Trade Compliance Manager and enabling timely corrective actions.
• Build strong collaboration and communication forums with Customer Centres, Divisions, regional peers and other key stakeholders to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Actively contribute to the Supply Chain strategy by identifying weaknesses, implementing solutions and driving actions and measurable results across functions.

Your Profile

• An academic degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• A minimum of 7 years' Supply Chain experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, logistics, distribution, domestic and international sales order processes, and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to develop teams, influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
• Good understanding of ERP systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a good command of French being essential. Supply Chain and/or Logistics certifications will be advantageous.
