Your mission as a Surface Drills Maintenance Supervisor

As a Surface Drills Maintenance Supervisor at Epiroc, you’ll lead a group of Service / Support Engineers, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You’ll coordinate teams, manage resources, and resolve challenges while driving efficiency, continuous improvement, and long-term value for our clients.

What you’ll do

• Service agreement management, ensuring that established terms and conditions are met
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers, ensuring that established deadlines and objectives are met
• Planning and scheduling mining services, ensuring that deadlines and objectives are met
• Supervise mining operations, ensuring that quality and safety standards are met
• Problem resolution: resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the execution of the service agreement, working closely with customers and suppliers
• Continuous improvement: the supervisor must seek opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of service agreements, implementing changes and improvements as needed
• Report all defects, deviations, and/or significant opportunities to the Operations Manager
• Ensure that all relevant documentation (work order, operator/mechanic/productivity checklists) is complete as required
• Organize work shifts as needed
• Continuously develop through training courses in the Skills Portal.

What you’ll bring

• Technician / Craft certificate in H.E.R / or any related field.
• Have a minimum of 2 experience in a Maintenance Supervisor position
• Minimum 5 years of experience on surface drilling mining equipment such as drill rigs, etc.
