What You’ll Do:
As a Technical Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our equipment operates safely and efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include:

Performing scheduled equipment services and preventive maintenance according to Epiroc standards.
Diagnosing, repairing, and reporting equipment issues to the Operations Manager.
Completing all required documentation for service intervals.
Responding to urgent repairs and assisting with in-pit breakdowns.
Maintaining tools and workshop equipment in excellent condition.
Practicing good housekeeping and promoting a safe, organized work environment.
Continuously developing your skills through training and mentorship.
Participating in shift work and being available for after-hours call-outs as needed.

What You Bring:

Technician/Craft certificate in H.E.R or a related field.
At least 5 years’ experience in surface mining or a related industry, with a focus on drill rigs.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, compressors, and underground equipment.
Valid driving permit.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
