Are you passionate about logistics, operational excellence, and leading high-performing teams? We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to drive strategy, safety, and efficiency in our local operations.
Your Mission
- Lead and implement best practices in warehouse operations
- Ensure safe, clean, and efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation systems
- Optimize space, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement
- Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards
- Manage equipment, vehicles, and hazardous materials responsibly
- Build and motivate a skilled team to meet performance targets
What You Bring
- Degree or equivalent technical qualification (HND, BTec Level 5, NVQ Level 5)
- Proven experience managing warehouse operations (automotive industry a plus)
- Strong leadership and inventory control skills
- Knowledge of health & safety, dangerous goods handling, and aviation security
- IT proficiency (spreadsheets, databases, warehouse systems)
- Forklift license and lean methodology knowledge are advantageous
