Join Our Team as a Warehouse Flow Manager!

Are you passionate about logistics, operational excellence, and leading high-performing teams? We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to drive strategy, safety, and efficiency in our local operations.

 

Your Mission

  • Lead and implement best practices in warehouse operations
  • Ensure safe, clean, and efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods
  • Maintain accurate inventory and documentation systems
  • Optimize space, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement
  • Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Manage equipment, vehicles, and hazardous materials responsibly
  • Build and motivate a skilled team to meet performance targets

 

What You Bring

  • Degree or equivalent technical qualification (HND, BTec Level 5, NVQ Level 5)
  • Proven experience managing warehouse operations (automotive industry a plus)
  • Strong leadership and inventory control skills
  • Knowledge of health & safety, dangerous goods handling, and aviation security
  • IT proficiency (spreadsheets, databases, warehouse systems)
  • Forklift license and lean methodology knowledge are advantageous
