Mission of the role:


To install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and facility infrastructure to ensure optimal equipment performance, safe working conditions, and minimal downtime

 

Your mission:

 

  • Maintenance & Repairs: Perform planned and breakdown maintenance on machinery and equipment, diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, and repairing or replacing defective components.
  • CNC & Systems: Maintain CNC machines, motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems to ensure reliability.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled tasks, conduct routine inspections, complete checklists, and identify potential failures with corrective recommendations.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, doors, windows, and structures; perform general repairs; ensure utilities function properly; supervise contractors; and report defects.
  • Installation & Commissioning: Install, align, calibrate, and commission machinery and equipment, assisting with layout changes and upgrades.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow health and safety regulations, use PPE, maintain safe work practices, and participate in risk assessments and audits.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Complete job cards, logs, and reports, record all maintenance activities, and report recurring issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and lower maintenance costs.

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Trade Test Certificate (Millwright) N3 or equivalent
  • 2–5 years in maintenance
  • Experience in machinery and facilities
  • Fault finding
  • Reading drawings and schematics
  • Basic PLC knowledge
  • Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge
