Quality Control Manager

We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to play a key role in shaping world-class product quality!

In this pivotal leadership position, you will drive continuous quality improvement, enhance and optimize our quality management systems, and ensure our products consistently meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. By championing excellence, benchmarking best practices, and strengthening the reputation of the Epiroc brand, you will help deliver outstanding value to our customers and support our commitment to operational excellence.

Your Mission:

• Lead the enhancement and optimization of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring effective quality standards, processes, and procedures across the business.
• Drive the implementation of “Quality at Source” principles, continuous improvement initiatives, and customer-focused quality objectives to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain inspection, audit, and nonconformance management processes to support production efficiency, supplier quality performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with suppliers, sourcing teams, and customer centers to resolve quality issues through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and drive ongoing quality improvements.
• Monitor product quality performance, analyze data, and implement actions to enhance supplier and customer outcomes.
• Promote a strong safety, quality, and compliance culture, ensuring adherence to SHEQ requirements and the company’s Code of Conduct.
• Lead team development through training, competency building, and initiatives that strengthen quality awareness and performance.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Product Quality Management or Quality Inspection role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, quality control procedures, Total Quality Management (TQM), ISO standards, and customer quality requirements.
• Sound understanding of relevant industry regulations and legal quality standards.
• Knowledge of manufacturing products and industry practices will be advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with a proactive, process- and results-driven approach.
• Quality Control or TQM certification will be advantageous.
