Warehouse Manager

Join us as a Warehouse Manager, where you will play a critical role in leading warehouse operations, driving inventory excellence, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials to support production and customer commitments. You will be responsible for warehouse governance, inventory integrity, operational performance, digital transformation, and building a high-performing team within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Your Mission:
- Lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory management to ensure material availability and operational efficiency.
- Drive inventory accuracy through robust stock control processes, cycle counts, stock verification, and weekly stock take activities.
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure uninterrupted supply and effective inventory optimisation.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, cost reduction, digitalisation, and warehouse automation.
- Manage warehouse KPIs, budgets, working capital, and operational performance to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Epiroc policies, governance standards, SHEQ requirements, and asset protection controls.
- Utilize SAP, warehouse management systems, and business intelligence tools to enhance reporting, visibility, and decision-making.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing warehouse team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Your Profile:
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field, with a strong foundation in warehouse and inventory management.
- 8+ years' experience in warehouse and supply chain operations, including at least 5 years leading teams within manufacturing, mining equipment , engineering, or industrial environments.
- Strong expertise in inventory control, warehouse operations, SAP/ERP systems, and supply chain optimisation, with a focus on stock accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Proven leader with a track record in digitalisation, continuous improvement, stakeholder management, and building high-performing teams through strong communication and problem-solving skills.
