Join Our Team as a Global Reman Project Support - Consultant at Epiroc!

To provide operation support to the Reman Shop Manager and Workshop Operations Manager. This position undertakes data analysis, documentation management, project research, reporting and implementation in alignment with operational and non-operational project plans and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Project-based role to support Reman product (operational and non-operational)
• Develop and support system tools to improve shop operations
• Projects related to market analysis and reports
• Reman program related M3 improvements (non-operational)
• Support and maintain  Reman core tracking in Smartsheet, including Customer/Dealer portal.
• Compile process understanding into documentation such as flowcharts and process description
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Education:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or similar role
• Knowledge of remanufacturing processes
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is an asset
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field of study

Skills and Abilities:

• Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• High ethical standards and sound professional judgment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports
• Ability to understand processes and workflows involved in remanufacturing mechanical components
• Familiarity with mechanical equipment, related bills of material and drawings, and processes involving part replacement, obsolescence, and engineering changes
• Experience with project-management systems; familiarity with Visio and Smartsheet is an asset
• Mining-equipment operation, maintenance, or repair experience is an asset

Expected compensation range: $99,048.00-130,178.00
