We are currently seeking a Product Support Technician to join our team at Olympic Dam.

Responsible for:

Diagnose, fault find, repair and service all aspects of the equipment on customer sites
Provide high-level technical support and training, to customers
Facilitate and complete all product upgrades as required and control the onsite WIP
Work with the customer maintenance team on implementing Preventative Maintenance Plans. Attend customer meetings as required
Comply with Epiroc and customer SHEQ requirements
Build long term, sustainable relationships with customers

Requirements

Customer-facing field experience
Mechanical, Heavy Diesel, Electrical or Hydraulic trade qualifications
Experience using and sound knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical Schematics
Experience in diagnostic repairs of mining and construction equipment including hydraulics, and low voltage electrical systems
Strong communication skills
Extensive industry experience
