We are currently seeking a Product Support Technician to join our team at Olympic Dam. 

Responsible for:

  • Diagnose, fault find, repair and service all aspects of the equipment on customer sites

  • Provide high-level technical support and training, to customers

  • Facilitate and complete all product upgrades as required and  control  the onsite  WIP

  • Work with the customer maintenance team on implementing Preventative Maintenance Plans. Attend customer meetings as required

  • Comply with Epiroc and customer SHEQ requirements

  • Build long term, sustainable relationships with customers

 

Requirements

  • Customer-facing field experience

  • Mechanical, Heavy Diesel, Electrical or Hydraulic trade qualifications                          

  • Experience using and sound knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical Schematics

  • Experience in diagnostic repairs of mining and construction equipment including hydraulics, and low voltage electrical systems

  • Strong communication skills

  • Extensive industry experience
