About the Role

Working directly with customers on-site, you'll provide technical expertise to diagnose, repair and maintain mining equipment while building strong, long-term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Diagnose faults, repair and service equipment on customer sites.
• Provide technical support and training to customers.
• Complete product upgrades and manage on-site work in progress.
• Collaborate with customer maintenance teams on preventative maintenance plans.
• Attend customer meetings and support ongoing service requirements.
• Follow all Epiroc and customer safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) requirements.
• Build trusted customer relationships through reliable, high-quality service.

About You

You're a hands-on technical professional who enjoys solving problems, working with customers and delivering quality outcomes in a mining environment.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Experience in a customer-facing field service role.
• A trade qualification in Mechanical, Heavy Diesel, Electrical or Hydraulics.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical schematics.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mining or construction equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and low-voltage electrical systems.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Extensive relevant industry experience.
