Your mission as a Technical Sales Engineer – Chinese Speaking
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will grow the business by identifying opportunities, delivering tailored technical solutions, and building strong customer relationships. You will support customers throughout the sales process, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and achieve sales targets.
What you’ll do
- Seek out new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to customers, explaining the technical aspects of products or services.
- Provide pre-sale and post-sale technical support to customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
- Work with customers to understand their requirements and tailor products to meet their specific needs.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals and reports to support sales efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in technical sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the products or services being sold, often requiring a background in engineering or a related field.
- Ability to negotiate deals, close sales, and meet sales targets.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Who you are
- Strong command/fluency in the Chinese language
- Excellent communication skills, both in English and Chinese as well as written.
- Ability to explain complex technical information clearly.
