In the Operate Product Line within Epiroc Digital & Safety, we develop digital solutions that support short‑interval control and efficient production workflows for mining customers worldwide. You will join a diverse, global and highly skilled team of product managers. The team values collaboration, an open mindset, and a strong customer‑centric approach. Your Mission

As Product Manager, you will drive the development, evolution and success of digital tools supporting short‑interval control (SIC), task planning and dispatching - core components of efficient mining production operations.

In this role, you will:

• Define product vision, direction, and priorities based on customer needs, UX insights, market forces, and business goals
• Build and maintain product plans, including business cases, ROI analysis, pricing, and forecasting
• Lead go‑to‑market and sales strategies, ensuring strong positioning and enabling commercial success
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional and cross‑divisional stakeholders to deliver innovative, customer‑oriented digital solutions
• Drive market intelligence efforts, including competitor research and customer insights, to inform product decisions
• Take full ownership of your products—acting as a driver, facilitator and ambassador for customer‑focused innovation

This role has a strong impact on our customers’ operational efficiency and requires both strategic and hands‑on product leadership.

Your Profile

You are a collaborative, open‑minded and customer‑centric professional who enjoys working in a global environment with mixed seniority levels and diverse backgrounds. You thrive in cross‑functional settings and are motivated by building products that truly solve operational challenges.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within digital or software products
• Strong understanding of market intelligence and competitor analysis
• A business‑oriented mindset, able to translate insights into product strategies and decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts
• A natural curiosity and personal drive for exploring new ideas, testing, learning, and innovating
• Fluency in English

While direct mining experience is not required, you should have a strong interest in understanding mining production processes, as customer interactions and product use cases are closely tied to operational mining environment

Location and Travel

This position is preferably located in Luleå, Sweden. 

We can offer a hybrid workplace - a way of working that provides flexibility and promotes a healthier balance between professional and personal life. Occasional travel is required. This may include longer international trips depending on customer and business needs.
