About the role

As a Product Support Technician, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and keeping Epiroc’s equipment performing at its best.
You’ll:

Build strong relationships with customers and teammates
Carry out repairs, rebuilds and maintenance on Epiroc’s underground and surface mining equipment
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and RCS faults
Conduct both field and workshop-based repairs
Provide high-level technical support to customers in the region
Maintain strict safety and compliance standards

What we’re looking for

Trade qualification – Mechanical, Heavy Diesel, Electrical or Hydraulic
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Experience with heavy mobile plant, rebuilds or field service work
Epiroc product or rotary blast hole drill experience highly regarded
Great problem-solving and communication skills
