Epiroc Australia is looking for enthusiastic and organised Warehouse Operative based in our Mackay Warehouse, working Monday to Friday. You will need to have the drive to learn and develop in the role and the ability to meet dispatch deadlines in an ever-changing environment. You must also be available for on call roster.

As a successful Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for:

The development of strong customer relationships
Local inventory maintenance, including stocktake
Participation in the on-call support roster for emergency customer support
Stock quality monitoring
Goods receipt/dispatch
Freight delivery
General administration as required

Key requirements of the role would include:

Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
Must possess a valid driver's license and forklift ticket

Strong computer literacy with attention to detail
Exceptional customer service
Leadership skills
Experience in a fast-paced environment
The ability to organise, manage workflow and multi-task
Be adaptable to ensure our clients' needs are met

The successful candidate must be a strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills. A positive attitude and commitment to all areas of service operations are essential to the job.
