Job Description :
- Operational Management
- Monitor daily production activities to meet or exceed set targets.
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and workflow to optimize productivity.
- Report on production metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Provide on-the-job training and support to ensure skill development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Resource and Equipment Management
- Oversee the maintenance, use, and availability of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure effective inventory management of necessary materials and tools.
- Communication and Reporting
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, other supervisors, and upper management.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on safety, production, and equipment status.
- Facilitate shift handovers and keep thorough records of operational activities.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices.
- Participate in planning and strategy meetings to align with site-wide goals.
- Drive initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safety standards.
Requirements :
- Diploma / SMK Majoring in Technical or have experience at relevant field service.
- Minimum 3 years experience in leading operation team in heavy equipment, drilling or mining
- Strong knowledge of Epiroc products and services.
- Mining Operations: Strong understanding of mining processes, methods, and equipment. Knowledge of extraction, material handling, and mineral processing techniques.
- Production and Process Optimization: Familiarity with productivity metrics and techniques to optimize workflow. Knowledge of quality control and process improvement principles in a mining environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Competency in using mining and safety software, and familiarity with maintenance tracking systems.
- Equipment and Maintenance Products: Knowledge of mining machinery, tools, and maintenance protocols. Understanding of equipment troubleshooting and maintenance scheduling.
- Safety and Environment Standards: In-depth knowledge of mining safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with environmental standards and sustainable mining practices.
- People Management: Understanding of team dynamics, supervision practices, and labor laws. Knowledge of conflict resolution and performance management techniques.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership abilities to motivate, direct, and manage a team effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and instructions.
- Organizational and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills for resource allocation and operational planning.
- Computer skills include the ability to operate Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
- Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa and English, both written and oral communication.
- Valid driving license and ability to operate light vehicles.
