JOB PROFILE

Education:Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related.
Desirable: Diploma or specialization in Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, Environment or Management Systems. Certifications such as Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor ISO are desirable.

Specific Experience:

*Minimum 3 years of proven experience in:
• Occupational Health and Safety in industrial environments
• Environmental compliance and legal requirements
• Desirable: Implementation and administration of Integrated Management Systems
Experience in:
• ISO internal and/or external audits
• Development of procedures, standards and manuals in Safety, Health and Environment (SHE)
• Risk assessment, work permits, and safe work procedures

Training / Knowledge

• Knowledge and implementation of Integrated Management Systems
• Internal Auditor Integrated Systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018)
• General knowledge of metal-mechanical manufacturing processes for risk analysis
• Practical knowledge of Mexican safety regulations (STPS) and environmental legislation
• Development and control of procedures, instructions, work permits and emergency plans
• Knowledge of occupational health programs and health surveillance
• Hazard identification and risk assessment (IPER / HIRA) and incident investigation
• Documented training in document control, non-conformity management, corrective actions and continuous improvement
• Application of quality and improvement tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys)
• Language: English, Intermediate-Advanced (oral and written communication)
