Specialist Maintenance Technician

Perform and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance on CNC machines, lathes, machining centers, overhead cranes, and auxiliary equipment.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical failures to minimize downtime.
Analyze recurring equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Provide technical support for welding robots, utility systems, and production equipment.
Execute equipment inspections, adjustments, alignments, lubrication, and component replacements.
Support predictive maintenance activities, including vibration analysis, thermography, and electrical measurements.
Ensure accurate maintenance records and update CMMS systems (e.g., Svision).
Support the installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment.
Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Promote compliance with safety standards, LOTO procedures, PPE requirements, and 5S practices.
Participate in continuous improvement, technical training, and knowledge-sharing activities.
