About the Business and Role:
Join our team at ProReman, a long-established business within Epiroc's Parts & Services division. Epiroc is a leading productivity partner for the mining, infrastructure, and natural resources industries. We are looking for a Service Planner to join our Operations team in West Heidelberg. Reporting to the Strategic Planning Lead, you will play a critical role in planning and coordinating workflow within our Service Centre while ensuring efficiency and quality. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our operations.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily flow of rebuilds and parts sales requiring workshop builds.
• Schedule processes based on available resources and ensure parts availability for build dates.
• Maintain and manage workshop priorities and parts sale builds.
• Accurately record efficiency data and manage daily sales approvals for the Accounts team.
• Conduct operational analysis, including month-end reporting and parts availability reviews.
• Identify gaps and areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
• Prepare KPI, efficiency, and progress reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across ProReman branches.
Essential Position Requirements:
• Structured, organised, and planned approach to work duties
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets and data entry.
• Ability to develop rapport and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Task and detail focused, providing accuracy and high quality
• Ability to work at a highly productive pace
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
