Mission  Ensure the delivery of quality Reporting Accounting services to the entities within scope, while continuously improving processes and tools to ensure greater efficiency.

The ideal candidate has:

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Desirable: additional coursework or certification in IFRS accounting standards or financial analysis.

Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment.
• Experience in financial reporting, audits, general ledger activities, and account reconciliations.
• Familiarity with accounting systems such as BPCS, AS400, or similar ERP platforms.

Knowledge and Skills
• Solid knowledge of IFRS accounting principles and standards.
• Understanding of corporate finance concepts, including financial analysis and planning.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with financial data and reports.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English level (written and spoken).

Your responsibilities will be:

Entering financial data, maintaining accurate records, working with other areas to ensure financial information, bank reconciliations, analysis of key accounts, fixed asset control, assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, following up on account analysis.
•    Responsible for activities to prepare monthly package reporting: sales, GP, balance sheet, income statement, etc.
•    Responsible for monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with Company's accounting policies and procedures 
•    Achieve compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures and controls by working with business partners 
•    Support the implementation of improvements to processes and tools in AtR.
•    Contribute to an excellent communication flow with stakeholders and relevant parts of the Global organization
