Your Mission:
As a key member of our dynamic Regional Center of Excellence (RCOE), you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing excellence in Accounting to Reporting (AtR) services. Your expertise will support multiple entities and elevate the quality and efficiency of our financial operations aligned with the Epiroc Way and global standards. You will ensure precise service delivery, continuously improving processes and tools to guarantee greater accounting efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed month-end reports and working papers to support accurate financial closing and reporting.
- Review and analyze accounting accounts to ensure accuracy, control expenditures, and optimize expense reporting.
- Identify policy errors and collaborate to follow up and correct inconsistencies in financial documentation.
- Perform timely and accurate accounting records following company processes and policies.
- Conduct comprehensive expense analyses, including policy recording, system integrations, reconciliations, and revaluations (banks, suppliers, accounts receivable, inventory).
- Provide process support and assist in implementation efforts to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain excellent communication internally and externally, fostering teamwork and cooperation.
- Manage expense absorption and coordinate billing follow-ups to ensure proper cost accounting.
- Maintain fixed assets records including additions, disposals, depreciation calculations, and reporting.
- Prepare expense provisions, including calculating, revaluing, and recording interest and loan transactions.
- Link cost centers to appropriate accounting accounts and produce working papers to justify provisions.
- Carry out account integrations, intercompany reconciliations for sales and costs, ensuring consolidated accuracy.
- Upload and manage reports into ECS (Tagetik) for compliance and transparency.
Required Competences and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Candidates who are in the final semesters of their degree or in the process of graduation will be considered.

Intermediate English level required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Strong data analysis capabilities to interpret financial data effectively.
- Effective communication skills to clearly present financial information to diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset to work efficiently in team environments.
- Proficient problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and continuously improve processes.
