Mission:Lead and develop the accounting team ensuring the provision of quality services to all entities in the regions covered by the Regional Center of Excellence, while continuously improving processes and tools to ensure greater efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance, administration or related.
- Courses or knowledge (desirable according to the competence of the person):
- Extensive knowledge of IFRS in the role.
- Knowledge and experience in legal and tax legal reports.
- Leadership and change management.
- English Desirable Advanced.
- Strong experience with Outlook, Excel, ERP.
- 5 to 8 years of experience working in accounting and finance and team management in multinational shared services companies or by internal promotion in the Company.
Responsabilities
- Manage the provision of quality accounting and reporting (AtR) services.
- Promote the implementation of improvements in processes and tools in AtR.
- Manage the accounting process in close collaboration with local controllers.
- Lead, motivate and develop the AtR team to obtain maximum performance.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities.
- Continuously improve processes and ways of working using an agile methodology, while using digitization and robotic process automation as an enabler to achieve greater efficiency.
- Promote projects for the AtR Regional Center of Excellence team.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement necessary actions to correct negative trends.
- Ensure an excellent flow of communication with stakeholders in the Region and relevant parts of the global organization.
- Ensuring that agreed procedures are upheld and adhered to within the team.
