Your Mission:

As a pivotal member of our dynamic Regional Center of Excellence, you will play a crucial role in upholding and enhancing our commitment to excellence in Accounting to Reporting (AtR) services. Your expertise will not only support our entities but also drive the quality and efficiency of our financial operations, aligning with the Epiroc Way and our global standards.

 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Accounting to Reporting services that meet the unique needs of our entities, ensuring alignment with local business demands and company values.
  • Drive the optimization of Accounting to Reporting processes and tools, leveraging innovation to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Manage daily Accounting to Reporting activities with precision, contributing to the team’s reputation for excellence and reliability.
  • Identify opportunities to refine processes and methodologies, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders across the region and globally, fostering clarity, responsiveness, and collaboration.
  • Ensure strict adherence to established procedures, upholding integrity and accountability standards.
  • Prepare month-end reports (Screv, GP, BS, IS), maintain accurate accounting records, and ensure timely entries in compliance with company policies.
  • Perform expense analysis, policy registrations, integrations, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Provide support for process implementation and improvements.

Requirements:

  • A degree or relevant qualification in Accounting.
  • 5 years of experience in similar roles (Accounting to Reporting or General Accounting).
  • Experience in Shared Services or Centers of Excellence is preferred.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory) and Spanish, both verbal and written, for effective communication.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Infor M3) is highly advantageous.
  • Basic experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Confidence in professional interactions, a commitment to quality, and adaptability to both routine and innovative tasks.
  • Strong teamwork orientation with an innovative and proactive mindset.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive, analytical, and self-motivated with robust problem-solving skills.
  • Thrive in dynamic environments and maintain excellent interpersonal communication skills.
